Employees are eligible immediately upon hire to participate in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan with employer contributions increasing over time while employee contributions remain unchanged. The added option to make voluntary contributions to a personal RRSP makes it easy to plan for your future.

Annual Incentive Plan

Employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus with potential for increased reward for strong Company financial and individual performance.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

Our Family, Employee Assistance Program (FEAP) provides confidential support for employees and their family members offering a wide range of professional services to assist individuals in dealing with personal issues affecting their personal wellbeing.

Professional Development

We believe that our employees should be given the opportunity to learn and grow and to reinforce this belief, we sponsor our employees working towards professional designations such as P.Eng, PMP and Gold Seal Certification. Our in-house training and tuition reimbursement program allows employees to upgrade their education if needed to help achieve their career goals.

Employee Recognition Events

To recognize and show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our employees, we hold annual team building and recognition events. Our Annual Service Award Banquet is where we publicly recognize our employees and show our appreciation for service ranging from 5 to 45 years and retirees are invited year after year to reconnect with old friends.
